President Ranil Wickremesinghe is set to visit Singapore and Japan on official trips to strengthen global ties.

In his absence, Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon will serve as Acting Defence Minister, ensuring national security, while Ranjith Siyambalapitiya takes on the role of Acting Finance Minister, overseeing economic affairs.

These arrangements ensure smooth governance during the President's international engagements.
