Sagala Ratnayaka, the Chief of Presidential Staff and Presidential Adviser on National Security, is optimistic about a further decrease in gas prices in Sri Lanka in the coming days.
Speaking at the United National Party May Day rally at Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo, Ratnayaka expressed confidence in the government's efforts to address the country's economic challenges. He noted that inflation has already decreased from 70% to 35%, with a goal of reaching single digits by the end of the year.
