It is reported that a computer system malfunction lasting for the past three days has led to long queues of passengers arriving at the immigration counters at the Bandaranaike International Airport. According to sources, the waiting time per passenger is around one hour.

It is claimed that no technician has been assigned to resolve the issue as it continues without a permanent solution.
