Company registration fees increased

President Ranil Wickramasinghe has issued an extraordinary gazette notice raising the registration fees of companies and societies.

Accordingly,

  • The new fee for registering a private limited company is Rs 4,600.
  • The new fee for registering a public limited company is Rs.23,000.
  • The new fee for registering an unlimited company is Rs 17,250.
