Leading underworld figure Makandure Madush and several underworld criminals have been arrested in Dubai. 

Among the arrested are popular singer Amal Perera and his son Nadeemal Perera. 

Another well-known drug dealer by the name of Kanchpan Imran has also been arrested by the Police. 

The arrest has been made at a hotel in Dubai where the group was attending a party. Police sources said the party was hosted by the brother of Makandure Madhush.
