CR & FC prop forward Kokila Sammandaperuma was killed last night in a tragic accident. 

The former Wesley College player died when the elevator he was in crashed at a nightclub in Colombo. 

Two others in the elevator with the 25-year-old were injured in the incident. 

Police are conducting investigations.
