Flights between Sri Lanka and Cochin have been suspended until further notice due to inclement weather in southern parts of India. 

Cochin Airport, in Kerala, has suspended all flights until further notice due to floods. 

This, however, has no impact on other flights coming into Sri Lanka. 

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka's Met Department said it expected heavy showers over 100 mm in the hill country of Sri Lanka.
