Harin Declares War On SLFP: "No SLFP Minister Will Be Spared If They Vote Against PM On No Confidence Motion"

No member of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party will be allowed to remain in the government if they decide to vote for the no confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Minister Harin Fernando said.

Speaking to media in Badulla, Fernando said there would be no alliance with the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, if they supported the no confidence  motion.

"None of them will be spared. And there will be no yahapalanaya after that," Fernando stressed, adding that the SLFP Ministers do not have any right to hold positions in the government if they vote against the Prime Minister.

He asserted that the party would easily defeat the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Wickremesinghe.

The SLFP, however, is yet to make its position clear on the no-confidence motion.
