The crewmembers of Indian Naval Ship (INS) ‘Sutlej’ which arrived in Sri Lanka on 26th of this month conducted a beach cleaning campaign at the Crow Island beach in Mattakkuliya on 28th October.

The initiative was supported by Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Coast Guard, Sri Lanka Police, and Civil Security Department.

INS ‘Sutlej’ that arrived in Sri Lanka in a bid to conduct the phase II of the joint oceanographic survey off the coasts of Sri Lanka is set to depart from the Colombo Harbour on 21st December.
