The final moments of when the building in Wellawatte collapsed yesterday has been recorded on CCTV camera. 

The footage was recovered from the debris of the site. 

A seven-storey building on Charlemont Road in Wellawatte yesterday collapsed killing one and injuring 23.

Rescue operations are still underway.
