The Sri Lanka Army has officially launched a new Tamil website for the benefit of Tamil readers across the island, and abroad.

The Directorate of Media and Directorate of Information Technology of the Army jointly designed the Tamil version of www.army.lk which can be accessed on www.army.lk/ta

The website was conceptualised by Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Crisanthe De Silva.
