The Colombo Magistrates Court today issued a warrant for the arrested of Power and Energy Ministry Secretary Dr. B. M. S. Batagoda, for failing to appear as a witness in the case filed against former Petroleum Industries Deputy Minister Sarana Gunwardena.

The Bribery Commission filed against the former Petroleum Industries Deputy Minister for failing to declared his assets and liabilities.
