Former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran appeared before the Presidential Commission inquiring into the Treasury bond issue, today.

This is the third time the former Governor is appearing before the Commission.

The Commission was appointed by President Sirisena on January 27.

The Commission comprises Supreme Court Judges Kankanithanthri T. Chitrasiri, Prasanna Sujeewa Jayawardena and former Deputy Auditor General Kandasamy Velupillai.
