Minister Daya Gamage says, the conduct of parliamentarian Dinesh Gunawardena is regrettable. He made the comment to media following a religious festival held in Kandy. the minister also said that though the UNP has the strength to form a government single handedly, it has not breached the promises given to the general public and still stick to the concept of unison government.

Minister Gamage further noted that, the ministry of Finance has already submitted a report on the bond treasury issue. Accordingly the former president had obtained money for the government , through bond transactions. Minister Gamage stated that such transactions had caused huge lost to the country’s economy.
