A statement of mutual agreement to be signed between Port of Colombo and Port and Urban Projects bureau of Kobe City Government.

The proposal made by Arjuna Ranatunga, Minister of Ports and Shipping, to sign the above statement during the International Port Conference in Kobe, was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
