Navy Commander Vice Admiral R.C. Wijegunaratne, while on an official visit to Pakistan, called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, where he acknowledged the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army in the fight against terrorism.

Vice Admiral R.C. Wijegunaratne praised the Pakistan Army’s continued efforts to bring peace and stability to the region.

Regional security and matters of professional interest were also discussed during the visit.
