Pannala police has initiated investigations to arrest a lecturer attached to the University of Wayamba for assaulting two students from the Faculty of Livestock, Fisheries and Nutrition (FLFN) of University of Wayamba.

Students have been discharged after treatments.

A CCTV footage has been released regarding the incident.
