Ground frost can be expected in some places in the Nuwara-Eliya district in the early hours of the morning, the Meteorological Department forecast today.

Mainly dry weather with colder nights and mornings can be expected across other parts of the island it said.

 Misty conditions could be expected in some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning, the Met. Department added.
