Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe told the media at Davos, Switzerland, that four key markets will open their doors to Sri Lanka in near future.
Speaking to the media at a press conference, Wickremesinghe recalled that Sri Lanka will benefit from the granting of GSP + by the EU.
Meanwhile, the country will enter into free trade agreements with China, India and Singapore soon.
Therefore, products from Sri Lanka will get more preferences in these countries and it will be advantageous to invest in the country, Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, who was also present at the press conference, said. Minister Malik Samarawickrama was also present.
