An individual was arrested following his drone camera fell on the sacred Ruwanweli Mahaseya's base in Anuradhapura yesterday during the Kapruka Pooja.

The drone had crashed on to the top part of the stupa and had fallen down, according to a statement by the police.

The arrested individual is a 35-year-old from Thalawathugoda.
