Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, the new political party supporting former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, has started to reach out to the Sri Lankan community abroad.

The Kuwait branch of the party will be officially established on January 27.

This event will be held at the Holiday Inn Downtown - Sharq, Kuwait City.

UPFA MPs Prasanna Ranatunga, Udaya Gammanpila and Sanath Nishantha are expected to take part in this event.
