A Joint Opposition MP from the Kandy District is among a few MPs who are willing to join the government, even if the SLFP MPs currently in government leaves it, UNP MP Mayantha Dissanayake said.

He made this observation yesterday during an event in Kandy District.

He said that these MPs are willing to join the government even as Deputy Ministers if Cabinet positions are not available, since they are willing to support President Maithripala Sirisena.

Dissanayake also insisted that the SLFP government MPs, who criticize the good governance government, should leave.
