Sri Lanka Freedom Party members who mislead President Maithripala Sirisena and block the path of the 'good governance' government should leave the government, the Tamil Progressive Alliance said.
Minister Mano Ganesan, leader of the TPA, said that some ministers of the SLFP are blocking the development process and reforms.
The UNP went for a unity government since it wanted to solve the main questions faced by the country, he said. However, if the SLFP does not want to support the reforms, the United National Front should form a government on its own, Ganesan said.
Meanwhile Minister Palani Digambaran said that some ministers who did not support the 'January 8 revolution' originally, came to the government later and are now blocking the way of the government.
