Minister Dilan Perera says the SLFP acts purely on its political principles despite so many accusations leveled against it by various elements. 

Those who accuse the party are attempting to divide it. 

Therefore, the party leaders are aware of this situation.

At a press briefing held in SLFP Headquarters today the Minister says constitutional reforms should be done with the consensus of all parties without having a referendum. 

The SLFP will strongly contest the upcoming local government polls under the leadership of President Maithripala Sirisena.

Addressing the media chief minister of western province Isura Devapriya says Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe will meet all Chief Ministers today. 

The Chief Ministers have been invited for a meeting at Temple Trees at 3.00 pm.
