Minister S.B Dissanayake says there is nothing wrong to discuss about a super minister post. 

Minister made these remarks at an opening ceremony of Samurdhi market complex at Wanathamulla, Borella. 

Speaking further at this function the Minister noted that the particular cabinet paper including the Special Provisions for Ministerial Portfolio Act presented in this regard was not approved by the cabinet. 

Describing the particular act further, the Minister emphasized that the provisions and powers of the President will not be vested with the Super Minister under this Act and under any circumstances. 

Minister Dissanayake also stated the necessity of such ministerial portfolio with the aim to expedite the development projects in the country.
