Former UPFA MP Duminda Silva was issued notice today by Colombo Additional Magistrate Duminda Weerawardena, to appear in court on January 13, 2016, regarding the court cases filed by the Bribery Commission.

The Commission filed three cases against Silva for allegedly failing to declare assets in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Silva was questioned by the Commission in April this year regarding his failure to declare assets.
