December 15, 2014

George W. Bush, who has picked up painting as his new hobby, recently gave away an advice to aspiring painters that they should never paint their wives or mothers, it has been reported.

The former US President said in an interview on CNN's 'State of the Union' that neither woman in his life apparently appreciated their portrayal by his brush, CBS News reported.

He also painted one of his daughters, but even she didn't like the painting, so he just scrapped it, the 68-year-old further mentioned.

The American politician exhibits collection of amateur portraits of world leaders, which the leaders think he have destroyed, although he might have saved them.

However, Bush's mother did like the paintings of garden, dog and some other things that he painted.

Bush said he enjoys the sense of purpose he gets from the newfound hobby and described his painting his father as "nice."
