Popular actress Menaka Peiris got engaged to Ranil Kulasinghe, recently at Pilikuthtuwa Rajamaha Wiharaya. Ranil Kulasinghe, is a tele-drama actor hailing from a generation of dancers. Ranil and Menka got together mostly as they both shared the common interest of dancing.

Menaka who is a dancer, TV presenter and a model, is very popular among the younger generation. She was much praised in her latest movie collaboration, ‘Aloko Udapadi’.

2016, Menaka Peiris married a young Sri Lankan Assistant Professor living in Norway in a lavish wedding ceremony, though unfortunately the marriage did not succeed.
