"Koombiyo", the newest thriller drama series in the town is ready to present a novel television experience. The series revolves around the character of Jehan, a criminal master mind who tries to trade crimes without harming people.

The new TV series is directed by Lakmal Darmarathna and produced by Asanka Dodantenne Script is by Lakmal Darmarathna and Damitha Chandrasiri. The cast includes Thumindu Dodantenna, Kalana Jayanath, Yureni Noshika in major roles and also stars Andrew Pulle, Senaka Titus Anthony, Parackrama Jayasingha, W. Jayasiri, Lakshman Mendis, Dharmapriya Dias, Jagath Manuwarna Kodithuwakku and Wishvajith Gunasekera.

The thriller drama is scheduled to telecast on ITN from 28th August. The first season contains 56-57 half- an hour episodes. The series is renewed for a second season.
