The course content is another factor which suit the modern day need of every industry, giving a customized option to a student".
Jayasekara, spoke further about their policy and integration of it in practical purposes by explaining “The academy understands the concept of equal opportunity and therefore caters to the different needs. We have created opportunities to learn irrespectively of which part of the country or which part of the world a student is from, have structured programs that are not deterred by busy schedules and most importantly we are aware of the language difficulties are a stumbling block and want to ensure that this does not discourage the capable individual from enhancing knowledge. For students who have language difficulties, especially in the banking and finance sector, we offer the initial training and studies in their first language. This allows the student to show their proficiency and gives them adequate time to improve their English language and thereafter move onto the more advanced programs. This has given everyone equal opportunity in education which is not marred by language barriers. So as you can see at AIA we offer contemporary options that are innovative and provide everyone with an equal opportunity”.
