The Synergy chapter of Business Network International will be launched on Wednesday the 29th of October 2014, from 5 pm to 7 pm at the 4th level of Access Towers, 278, Union Place, Colombo 02. This is the second successful Sri Lankan chapter representing BNI worldwide with a representation from a diverse field of industries.
With over 170,000 members worldwide, BNI is the largest business networking organisation in the world. Last year alone, BNI worldwide generated 5.2 million referrals resulting in 6.5 billion dollars worth of business for its members. We offer members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals. This is an ideal networking space for those businesses that rely heavily on referral marketing, especially entrepreneurs who want to expand their horizons. Prospective members can visit two meetings free of charge prior to joining the group. They can then witness the proceedings of the meeting and decide if it is a right fit for their venture. Competitors of current members will not be able to be part but will be able to join another chapter if that particular chapter is not already represented by their respective field.” says Vice President, Asanka Nilan.
