Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), the largest private sector pension fund controlled by the Central Bank has increased its shareholding in Piramal Glass Ceylon PLC, a subsidiary of India’s Piramal Group

EPF said its shareholding in Piramal Glass has reached 10 percent of issued share capital of the company.

As at December 31, 2013, EPF held 9.51 percent of Piramal Glass
