Kelsey Homes, the pioneering real estate developer in Sri Lanka, is set to launch the Second Phase of their latest project CENTRAL PARK, JA-ELA following the resounding success of the First Phase.
The Second Phase will offer 300+ units comprising 8 types of two, three and four bed roomed houses and apartment units starting at Rs. 8.9 million. All units are designed by the renowned architect Murad Ismail of MICD Associates while Deepal Wickremasinghe Associates (Pvt) Ltd are the Structural Engineers for the project.

After commencing the marketing campaign for CENTRAL PARK, JA-ELA as recently as mid-May, Kelsey Homes was able to successfully find buyers for all 70 apartments within a month of the launch.
