Vallibel Properties Ltd has signed an agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) for the construction of its 16-storey office complex.  

The project, with a total value of US $ 8.1 million, will be set up in Colombo 3 and provide direct employment for 200 employees.

“It’s our shared responsibility to rebuild Sri Lanka and our decision not to delay our most ambitious investment yet speaks volumes of Vallibel’s commitment to the economy and its preparedness to face the most daunting challenges,” Vallibel Finance Managing Director S.B. Rangamuwa said.

The project will be completed within 18 months.
