All windows and external sliding doors are Double Glazed with 12mm air gap using low-e & light tinted tempered glass. The frames are UV stabilized/tropicalized uPVC sections with advanced German gear. Furthermore, safety features have not been overlooked and a wet riser system with fire – fighting hose reels and fire extinguishers are provided to each level with sensitive gas detection systems as per the Fire Service Department requirements.
