HNB Assurance secured four main awards at the National Sales Congress Awards (NASCO) organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM).

NASCO 2014, its premier event dedicated to recognise the efforts and performance of sales professionals. It is also the only national event to distinguish and reward Sri Lanka's sales personnel attached to numerous organizations.

HNBA won Silver and Bronze awards in the following categories in the Insurance sector.

The Silver Award in the Sales Executives and Sales Supervisors Category was awarded to Luminda Angampitiya of Head Office Corporate Sales and W. A.Priyantha of Ampara Branch was awarded with the Bronze in the category.

The Silver Award in the Front Liner Category was presented to P.K.M. Priyadarshani of Colombo North Branch whereas K. H. V. M. Prasad of Matara Branch was awarded the Bronze Award in the same category.

Commenting on the achievement, HNB Assurance Managing Director, Manjula de Silva said, "We are proud of this achievement that demonstrates the outstanding performance of our sales team which has won this distinction at the national level.

In fact we have won a number of awards at the NASCO Awards on previous occasions and we hope that their success will motivate all other sales personnel to strive for excellence in sales. I offer my congratulations to the winners and hope they will continue to excel in what they do."
