Former JVP leader Somawansa Amarasinghe commenced a hunger strike on Friday (01)at Independence Square in Colombo demanding to take an action against the alleged coup attempt on January 09.
Speaking to media Amarasinghe said legal action should be taken against conspirators in order to protect President Maithripala Sirisena and the people of the country.
