A piece of suspected plane wreckage found in Thailand has fuelled speculation it may belong to the infamous Malaysia Airline MH370 jet, which went missing - en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing - in March 2014.
Thai air force officials said it will bring the debris to its capital Bangkok for investigation.
The two-by-three meter long object was found off the coast of southern Thailand on Saturday. Thai army aviation experts - who had already inspected the debris - agreed it was likely to be from an aircraft, but said more tests are needed for confirmation.
Meanwhile, the local district chief said numbers on the panel should help with the identification.
