DialogAxiata was crowned as the Mercantile Quiz Champions of Sri Lanka when they recently became the Champions of Glitz Biz Quiz 2015, Sri Lanka’s premier corporate quiz competition. They were closely followed by the teams from People’s Bank and 99X Technology who were placed 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Held for the 3rd consecutive year, Biz Quiz 2015 saw 200 of Sri Lanka’s top masterminds representing 40 corporate teams battle for supremacy over 5 rounds of general knowledge questions covering areas such as geography, current affairs, world politics, history, science, technology, sports and entertainment.

There were 10 category awards presented and the Winners were as follows: Telecom/BPO - Dialog Axiata, Banking and Finance - People's Bank PLC, IT and Software - 99X Technology Ltd., Groups of Companies - Aitken Spence PLC, Media and Advertising - Triad Advertising, Travel and Hospitality - Sri Lankan Airlines, Apparel - Bodyline, Logistics and Freight - Aitken Spence Cargo, Pharmaceuticals - Astron, Open Category - Stax Inc.

Biz Quiz 2015 was organized by Dashing Events in association with the European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka. The Quiz Master for the event was Shehan Kumar.
