“SHILPA ABHIMANI - 2016” the apex event of the National Crafts Council (NCC) which showcases the collective and creative conscience of our traditional and contemporary handicrafts will commence today onward.

It will be concluded on 20th of November.

The event will be held at “Nugasewana” Hall in BMICH in collaboration with “SAARC” Handicrafts Exhibition.
