Ford Motor Company awarded Future Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings, with the prestigious Golden Shovel Award in recognition of its high-class service centre launched last year. The award was granted as a result of Future Automobiles' focus on ensuring the entire service experience in Sri Lanka is consistent with Ford’s global standards – from state-of-the-art equipment and Ford’s Extended Service Plans to genuine Ford spare parts and world-class staff. 

The state-of-the-art Ford 3S dealership facility in Colombo is located at Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla, and  houses showroom, sales and service under one roof. The 6,000-square-foot facility includes a 12-vehicle showroom, and 14-vehicle service capacity to meet the full-range of customer needs. The full-service facility is built with the customer in mind and signifies the company’s enhanced focus on the growing Sri Lankan market. Every aspect of the facility has been designed to help provide an unmatched customer and ownership experience, with convenience, efficiency and comfort.
